Homes for the Holidays

In partnership with There Is Always Hope Foundation, NO FEAR will be facilitating numerous student performances in assisted living homes throughout Greater New Orleans and the River Parishes in December.
This initiative bridges age divides by having student musicians perform with elderly patients, their families, and facilities staff. With music that invites audiences to become active participants in the experience, rather than merely spectators, artists and audiences alike will experience firsthand how music can serve to connect, reflect, and relate human experiences in meaningful and purposeful ways.

Drawing from influential research and literature spanning psychology, philosophy, and arts-related fields, including Kenny Werner's iconic framework for "Effortless Mastery," clinics will withdraw from students’ personal experiences and intrinsic motivations for studying music, while also highlighting how their artmaking can serve to connect, reflect, and relate to others in meaningful and purposeful ways.

“Before and After” Series with Flourishing Arts

NO FEAR joins Flourishing Arts and 2 Roots Art Gallery to produce a five-part EA&L series that will invite artists and audiences alike to participate. While not affiliated in an official capacity, this series will take place “Before and After” the Eaux Claires Music Festival and is inspired by artists who have performed at the festival past and present.
There Is Always Hope Foundation Summer Camp

In partnership with There Is Always Hope Foundation, this summer NO FEAR will continue to provide free music education, ensemble experiences, and performance opportunities for student musicians ages 8-18.
