Our Mission
The mission of NO FEAR is to expand the reach of Experiential Arts as a means to engage, educate, and empower young artists and the audiences their artmaking can serve.
We accomplish this by inviting youth to become authors of their own artmaking and produce participatory arts experiences that connect, reflect, and relate to artists and audiences alike.
We then broaden young artists' perspectives of the world through community outreach and cultural exchange, so students can experience the transformative power of Experiential Arts firsthand.
Our Vision
NO FEAR envisions a vibrant future for the arts and arts education. This vision includes a renewed understanding of artmaking as a participatory activity that serves to connect, reflect, and relate human experiences.
With Experiential Arts being a powerful tool in this renewal, by 2030, NO FEAR plans to reach young artists in New Orleans and beyond through music, comedy, movement and dance, visual and media arts, theater, culinary arts, and more.
