NO FEAR Music presents: “Dream”

Check out NO FEAR’s mission in action through our recent collaboration with Bible Way Holiness Church of Kenner and Temple Sinai New Orleans.

With the guidance of NO FEAR teaching artists over the course of three months, students from both congregations composed “Dream” together, which reimagines Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have A Dream” speech through song, while inviting audiences to become active participants in the experience.

This performance for an audience of nearly 500, exemplifies what “breaking the fourth wall” can look like through communal artmaking, along with how Experiential Arts and Learning can dissolve additional divides in the arts and arts education.

Annual Report

We’re so grateful to all the supporters who have contributed their time, money, and resources to NO FEAR in our first year, and helped further our mission to utilize art and artmaking as tools for connecting, reflecting, and relating our human experiences.

In 2025, NO FEAR provided 19 students from Greater New Orleans, ages 9-19, with free afterschool music education programming including ensemble rehearsals, individual and group lessons, music theory and piano instruction, performance opportunities, social gatherings, and more.

We invite you to learn more about our inaugural year by scrolling through our 2025 annual report, and looking ahead to 2026, we invite you to join us in our mission to cultivate “art for heart’s sake” in New Orleans and beyond.
