NO FEAR
New Orleans Foundation for Experiential Arts Renewal [NO FEAR] is an arts education nonprofit dedicated to renewing experiential artmaking in communities, researching its’ efficacy, and reimagining art and the purposes it can serve.
In Phase 1 of our mission, we are developing communal arts education programs that renew artmaking to its participatory nature and empower young artists and audiences in the process.
During Phase 2, we will collaborate with respected research partners to investigate NO FEAR programs, test our theories, and codify evidence that demonstrates the efficacy of Experiential Arts and Learning.
Finally in Phase 3, we will work with community partners to apply our research findings and reimagine artmaking and the purposes it can serve — with the implications of Experiential Arts and Learning pointing to increased interest, participation, and investment in the arts and arts education.
